These shades need minimal maintenance and only a hose down after a dust storm. Cheaper screens manufactured in China are available but in our experience they simply don’t last in the harsh Middle East environment.

Shade sails are available at fair prices. Instead of needing to install a permanent pergola or other structure, they are easy to install on most Dubai villas. They can also easily be removed should you like to take it down during the winter or if you move villas.
